Not all Epstein files are in the Epstein Files
EFTA IDs are one release lane, not the whole evidence universe. Some public Epstein/Maxwell legal records live at justice.gov, some are DOJ-origin records released elsewhere, and some official Oversight records were never hosted as EFTA PDFs.
DOJ-origin, non-EFTA records
FBI Vault, court filings, USAO pages, older FOIA material, and DOJ-provided files that may not appear as EFTA-numbered PDFs.

Committee releases can span DOJ-provided records, estate-provided records, and Democrats-only Oversight pages. Some batches were published on temporary pages or mirrors, so this hub collects the stable entry points.

The Birthday Book
The Epstein birthday book is an official Oversight/estate release example that is public record but not a justice.gov EFTA PDF. The official release page points researchers to the committee-published files; it is a useful reminder that a missing justice.gov hit does not mean a record is not public.

Start with primary records where possible
Government releases, court filings, transcripts, and original documents carry more weight than articles or derived databases. Reporting and tools are useful for discovery, but claims should be traced back to the source page or original URL.
